The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States, netlify.com.
Online payments, including SEPA direct debit mandates, are processed by Stripe. BodyFitWithMe neither collects nor stores any bank details.
Services offered
BodyFitWithMe offers sports nutrition coaching, online and in person, mainly for young footballers and their parents, as well as for professional and semi-professional players. Follow-up relies in particular on the FitWithMe app, published through the Azeoo platform. The conditions applicable to these services are set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Terms of use of the website
Accessing and using the website implies acceptance of these terms. The website is accessible free of charge, save for the connection costs borne by the user.
Informational content. The articles, guides, protocols, the calorie calculator and the other content of the website are provided for general information purposes. The result of the calculator is an indicative estimate, based on general formulas and the data entered: it does not constitute a personalised nutrition plan. No content on the website constitutes a diagnosis, a treatment or medical advice. In the event of a health problem, an injury, an eating disorder or any doubt, consult a doctor. For a child or a teenager, seek the advice of their doctor before any significant change in diet.
Forms. By using the website's forms, the user undertakes to provide accurate information and to use only data that concerns them or that they are authorised to disclose. For a player under 18, the form must be completed by a parent or with a parent's consent. The processing of this data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Fair use. It is prohibited to use the website in a way that disrupts its operation, to introduce malicious software into it, to extract its content by automated means or to send abusive messages through its forms.
Availability. I endeavour to keep the website accessible and up to date, without being able to guarantee permanent availability or the absence of errors. The website may be modified, interrupted or updated at any time, without notice.
Intellectual property
The texts, photos, videos, logos, the BodyFitWithMe brand, the design, the graphic elements, the downloadable documents and the structure of the website are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Unless otherwise stated, they belong to Jérôme Devos. Any reproduction, modification, publication or distribution, even partial, is prohibited without his prior written consent. Sharing a link to a page of the website is permitted, provided its content is not reproduced.
Photo credits
Photos of Jérôme Devos and of the players he coaches are published with the consent of the persons concerned and, for players under 18, of their parents. Some illustrative photos come from royalty-free image libraries. Anyone who wishes a photo of themselves to be removed may write to info@fitwithme.be: the request will be handled as promptly as possible.

Liability
Despite the care taken in drafting it, the website may contain inaccuracies or information that has become outdated. I cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the information on the website without personalised coaching, from the temporary unavailability of the website, or from damage caused by a third-party website accessed through a link. Personal data and cookies
The website fitwithme.be does not place any cookies and does not use any trackers. The free audit, a separate website available at audit.fitwithme.be, uses the Meta pixel only after your consent. The processing of data submitted through the forms, exchanges and coaching programmes is described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
The website and this legal notice are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
