Everything you need to know before you start.

Answers to the questions parents and players ask me most often, so you can start with complete clarity.

The coaching

Who it is for, and how.

Academy footballers and their parents, professional and semi-professional players, and more broadly young competitive athletes (tennis in particular). Every programme is adapted to age, growth and the demands of the level.

A plan with numbers can be built from the age of 12 or 13. Before that, it is the basics at home that count, and I cover them in a dedicated article on the blog. Every programme takes into account age, growth, level of play and training volume.

Yes. Pro · Elite coaching is for players in a first team, out on loan or completing their academy education. Follow-up that keeps pace with the fixture list, calliper measurements at every visit, coordination with the strength and conditioning coach and the agent. Ten places, by application, with a 12-month commitment.

No. It is not a diet, but a balanced nutrition approach adapted to sport. No extreme bans, no pointless restrictions. The aim remains performance, health and sustainability.

Yes. Allergies, intolerances, restrictions and preferences are built in from the moment the plan is designed. The player's safety comes first.

Yes, fully. Parents play a key role in a young player's success. The coaching includes clear explanations, advice you can apply at home and a reassuring, structured framework.

Yes. The coaching is built for football: training loads, match days, recovery and the competition calendar.

Yes. Nutrition adapts to individual sports that demand steady energy, good concentration and quick recovery between competitions.

They are never imposed. The priority is food, hydration and good habits. Supplements are only considered when necessary, and always with caution. More details in the article on supplements and young footballers.

The follow-up

How we move forward together.

The follow-up includes an initial analysis, a personalised nutrition plan, regular adjustments and educational support. The aim is for the player to understand and apply, not simply to comply. The steps are detailed on the Protocol page.

Through regular checkpoints: reviews, body composition measurements and nutrition data. From the 6-month plan upwards, I visit once a month to measure body fat with callipers or take body measurements, depending on age. The FitWithMe app also lets you track food intake and weight day to day.

Three plans: 3, 6 and 12 months, to build results over time. A fourth, Pro · Elite coaching, is for professional players and is joined by application, with a 12-month commitment. All plans are on the Coaching page.

You start with the free online nutrition audit, or with an application for Pro · Elite access. We then talk on a call to pin down your needs, followed by a full assessment and the design of the plan. Everything is structured, nothing is left to chance.

Payment and commitment

Clear, with no grey areas.

Yes, on the 6-month, 12-month and Pro · Elite plans. Monthly payment is made by SEPA direct debit, with no interest or fees. The debit is taken on a fixed date and stops automatically at the end of the commitment. The 3-month plan is paid in one go. Monthly: €120 per month over 6 or 12 months, €250 per month for Pro · Elite access.

Yes, paying upfront comes with a discount on the 6-month, 12-month and Pro · Elite plans. 6 months: €600 instead of €720. 12 months: €1,100 instead of €1,440. Pro · Elite: €2,750 instead of €3,000.

Yes. All payments go through Stripe, by card, Bancontact or SEPA direct debit. I never see or store any bank details. An invoice is issued for every payment.

No, never. At the end of the chosen period, everything stops and no further payment is taken. If you want to continue, we discuss it together at the final review and you sign up for a new programme.

Yes. You can end the coaching at any time, in writing, with two months' notice. Follow-up continues as normal during that period. In the event of a long-term injury confirmed by a medical certificate, or force majeure, the coaching ends without notice and the balance is refunded pro rata.

I let you know and you have seven days to settle it. After that, the follow-up is paused until payment is made, then resumes as normal. Bank issues happen; what matters is that you talk to me about it.

Yes. You have 14 days after signing up to withdraw, with no reason needed and no fees. If you ask for the coaching to start before the end of that period and then withdraw, only the part already delivered remains payable. Everything is set out in the terms and conditions.

The follow-up continues remotely, wherever the player signs. If the new club requires him to use its own nutrition staff, with supporting evidence, the coaching can end with one month's notice.
