Who
BodyFitWithMe is a Belgian sports nutrition coaching business specialising in football, based in Brussels. Official website: fitwithme.be.
It was founded by Jérôme Devos, EREPS-certified sports nutrition coach and Head of Sports Nutrition at DrillSelected. Trained at RWDM, he played up to U23 level at RAAL La Louvière, then served in the Belgian army, including a four-month mission in Afghanistan.
For whom
Footballers from U13 academy level up to professional level, and their parents. Players from RSC Anderlecht, KAA Gent, KRC Genk, Union Saint-Gilloise, Sint-Truiden, Sporting Charleroi, FC Dender and Royal Antwerp FC have been coached.
No individual coaching before age 12: for younger children, a free guide helps parents build good habits.
Where and how
The coaching is hybrid. The first meeting, the measurements and the reviews take place in person, at the family home, at the club or at a sports venue, anywhere in Belgium. For players under 18, a parent is always present.
Between appointments, coaching continues remotely: nutrition plan in the FitWithMe app (iOS and Android), weekly check-in, quick answers. A player who moves abroad can continue fully remotely.
Languages: French, Dutch and English.
The method
Free audit, discovery call, full assessment, then a tailored plan built around the match calendar and training load. Body composition tracking with skinfold measurements when age and programme allow, growth tracking for younger players.
The method is grounded in the UEFA expert group statement on nutrition in elite football (2021).
Programmes
Start (3 months), Performance (6 months), Transformation (12 months) and Elite Athlete Coaching, by application, for first-team players. Prices are presented during the discovery call.
Nutrition coach, nutritionist or dietitian?
Jérôme Devos is a sports nutrition coach focused on footballers' performance. He is neither a doctor nor a registered dietitian. In Belgium, dietitian is a recognised healthcare profession, the right choice for a medical condition or a medical diet. For any medical question, BodyFitWithMe refers to the player's doctor or dietitian.
